Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return for store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, click here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If approved, return your item(s) using your return label within 14 days of receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right via replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items without original tags attached, & Items with stains of any kind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Please make a return request using the Returns Page and write what size you would like to exchange for in the notes section. If the items are sent back in good condition with the tags still attached, we will send a shipping invoice to your inbox to have your exchanged sizes sent to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit for the purchase amount. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom-made products are final sale and non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If returning one item from a "buy one, get one free" (BOGO) deal, the discount is applied proportionally across both items, so returning one item means you won't get a full credit for that item.
Refusals / Renter to Sender
A 5 percent restocking fee will apply to orders that are refused on delivery and returned to sender orders.
